1:1 Parent Coaching

Clarity, strategy & support - just for you

There’s no handbook for parenting, but that doesn’t mean you have to figure it all out alone.

Whether you’re a first-time parent navigating identity shifts, or a seasoned mom wondering how to manage it all while staying sane — parent coaching offers you a dedicated space to be seen, supported, and guided with purpose.

Our coaching sessions are grounded in compassion and strategy. We’re here to help you move forward — with clarity, confidence, and tools you can actually use.

This is not a substitute for therapy

Instead, this is about practical, real-time support from someone who understands the messy challenges that parenthood can bring, and is passionate about helping families feel more grounded, connected, and in control.

Topics we can work through:

  • Navigating daily overwhelm and mental load

  • Planning for a second baby

  • Balancing parenthood with work and identity

  • Routines, boundaries, and expectations

  • Guilt, decision fatigue, and “mom brain”

  • Custom support planning (sleep, feeding, doula, etc.)

  • Other topics based on your specific circumstances

Meet Your Coach

Coaching (and the Postpartum Prep Program!) will be provided by Nancy, the Founder of Anamav who is also a Postpartum Doula, New Parent Educator, Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, CPA, Speaker, and mom of two little ones (can you tell she likes being busy?)

Nancy started this work after navigating her own difficult postpartum journey, which included a serious mental health crisis that completely reshaped how she saw parenthood, support, and healing. What she needed most wasn’t more advice — it was someone who could sit with her in the chaos, help her name what was really going on, and guide her toward a way forward.

That’s exactly what she now offers to other parents through coaching.

With a background and training in corporate leadership, postpartum care, and perinatal mental health advocacy, Nancy bring a unique blend of real-life experience and strategic thinking to every session. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, preparing for another baby, or trying to reconnect with your partner – she’s here to hold space, ask the right questions, and help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
