Welcome

Better Support for Parents Starts Here

At Anamav, we’re redefining support across pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

We believe every parent deserves access to the right support – not just what’s available, but what truly fits their needs, values, and life. Because when families are well-supported during this transition, everything changes.

We’re building a more connected system of care for families and those who support them.

How we support you

Care That Fits Your Needs

At Anamav, our priority is protecting your mental health and helping you feel supported as you transition into parenthood.

We connect expecting and new parents with trusted perinatal providers through our growing network – making it easier to find support that actually fits your needs.

This includes support such as doulas, lactation consultants, sleep consultants, mental health professionals, and many other types of providers.

We also offer practical education such as our upcoming Postpartum Prep Program and Parent Coaching to help you feel more prepared, more confident, and less alone.

OUR Story

How Anamav was Born

Just days after our founder, Nancy, welcomed her daughter into the world, she found herself in an ambulance on the way to the ER. She had no idea what was in store for her over the next few weeks and months.

Nancy was diagnosed with postpartum psychosis – a condition she had never even heard of during her pregnancy. Thankfully, she made a full recovery (and later had a second child with a much better postpartum experience)! All of this opened her eyes to how little support exists for new parents and the lack of awareness of perinatal mental health challenges.

Determined to change that, she created Anamav – to ensure no parent has to navigate this path alone.
