Postpartum Doula Services
During your booked hours, doula support can include the following:
- providing tips and tricks regarding infant care
- diaper changes
- holding and soothing your baby
- handling bath time
- bottle feeding your baby (if you choose)
- light household chores
- providing valuable education and resources
- and so much more!

Gentle Beginnings Package
20 hours – $900
Equivalent of 2.5 nights or 5 half days

40 hours – $1,680

- Any additional hours are at $40/hr
- 4 hour minimum for daytime, 8 hour minimum for nighttime

- The examples above are just for your reference so you can imagine what your support could look like – each client’s needs are different and we will book your hours accordingly
- Because we want you to choose the best type of support for your specific circumstances, we charge the same for daytime or nighttime support
- All fees are subject to HST
Lactation Support Services
Our International Board-Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) are trained to support you with various breastfeeding challenges. They will prepare a personalized plan for you based on your specific circumstances.
Initial In-Home Consultation
(90 minutes)
$210-$250*
During this visit, one of our IBCLCs will come see you in the comfort of your own home. They will have an in-depth discussion regarding the challenges you are facing, which may include positioning, latch, milk supply, signs of hunger and fullness, any pain or other concerns. They will also have a more high-level conversation of how you and baby are doing overall and any other concerns you may have, including infant behaviour, sleep, mental health, etc. They will observe a feed and prepare a personalized infant feeding plan to provide you with recommendations. They can also provide additional resources or referrals as needed.
Follow up
In-Home Consultation
(60 minutes)
$150-$200*
If you are still facing any challenges or concerns after implementing the recommendations from your initial visit, you can book a follow up in-home consultation. Our IBCLC will reassess and provide any additional recommendations to help you have a positive experience and meet your goals.
Follow up Virtual Consultation
(30 minutes)
$100-$125*
If you have additional questions after your initial visit but do not require a full follow up in-home visit, you can book a virtual visit with our IBCLC who will happily answer your questions and provide further guidance to help meet your goals.
